In this section we’re going to be focusing on the most crucial building block of a DAO: the People.
The roles and responsibilities of members in a DAO may be unfamiliar to those used to working at traditional organisations, as DAOs are relatively new as a concept and are pushing the limits of what most of us know as “work”, “collaboration”, and “investments”.
A DAO’s community thrives off its decentralised, borderless and international nature, however the internal culture that is prevalent among DAOs may take time for newcomers to understand and get used to.
